We firmly believe in and stand behind our products 100%. If you would like to request a refund, please open a “Refund Request” support ticket. When requesting a refund, we respectfully ask that you meet the following refund policy conditions:
- The plugin doesn’t work as promised.
- The plugin has bugs that we can’t fix in a reasonable time frame (1-3 days).
- The plugin has an important feature missing, which is mentioned on our sales pages as plugin/theme functionality.
- Technical issues caused by 3rd party plugins, themes or other software will not provide grounds for a refund.
No refunds will be given if your request is over 7 days after purchase.

Refund Policy From PayPal
From May 7, 2019. PayPal will no longer be returning fees for refunds you give to your buyers. Specifically, here is the update from PayPal:
“We’re changing how we treat refunds. Suppose you refund (partially or fully) a transaction to a buyer or donate to a donor. In that case, there is no fee to make the refund, but the fee you originally paid as the seller will not be returned to you.”
This will also affect lost PayPal disputes that end up with a refund – fees will not be returned.
